Plhus logistics platform is the ideal site for very different types of business and companies because of its strategic location and the quality of its facilities. The top level infrastructures have brought a new company to this area in Huesca, the Gaypu Group that plans to build its new installations on this site for assembly of heavy lifting machinery creating 20 jobs in the coming years. With the deed of sale for a total of 19,700 square metres in the initial stage, a new step has been taken by the Huesca company in the logistics platform of the Aragon provincial capital, considering phases that will eventually cover an area of 87, 711.70 square metres. The deed was signed by the CEO of Plhus, Jesús Andreu and the CEO of Gaypu, Roberto Garzo. During this initial stage, the Gaypy Group will invest a total of six million Euros for the construction of a building covering an area of 9,000 square metres, with work expected to start next year and with completion planned for September 2015. This new facility will be occupied by Up Lifting, S.A., the company of the group engaged in manufacturing and marketing heavy lifting machinery.
