The opening of the MÁS Prevención health surveillance centre, Prevention Services at the Dinamiza business park provide a new service for companies in the Expo Compound, which this year has seen the arrival of the NGO Accem, opening its first offices in the Autonomous Community; the company Expertus which will start business next month, and the ICA Management Office, already up and running. Overall, the activity by these new firms accounts for the arrival of several dozen workers, adding to the almost 2, 700 who already work in the area that was home to the 2008 International Exhibition. Moreover, in the coming weeks the public company Expo Zaragoza Empresarial, ascribed to the Public Business Corporation of Aragon, is expected to close new transactions to continue revitalising the area. The new incorporations on the compound have been formalised as leases.
In the Dinamiza space, Más Prevención occupies premises in the centre of the business park (Building 63A) on the main avenue, with health staff to provide services to all the companies located in the Expo compound and the Courts of Justice. The Aragon company, with a long background in the prevention of occupational illnesses and accidents, will carry out health surveillance tasks from its new facilities (opening hours from 7 to 14: 30 hours). The NGO Accem on the other hand, opened its facilities in the Business Park in January (Building 61D), opening the entity’s first office in Aragon.
The NGO chose this location because of the way the areas meets its requirements of accessibility and the excellent status and conditions of the facilities, which it assures will help to create a favourable work place and service for the groups it works with. Accem is an organisation that works on improving the living conditions of the most vulnerable people and groups, placing emphasis on refugees and emigrants, with a long background and wide experience in these fields. ICA’s Management Offices are also located in the Expo Zone since 1st January (Tax on Water Pollution). Some thirty professionals deal with all matters relating to the management of this regional ecology tax, collected by the Aragon Water Institute. This new office is located in Avenida Ranillas No. 1 (formerly the section of the Avenida Pablo Ruiz Picasso, 61D) and is open from 9 to 14 hours, and from 16 to 18:30 hours, from Monday to Thursday and from 8 to 15 hours on Fridays. The Expertus GROUP company has also set up in the Expo compound. It is one of the leading services groups in Spain that manages human teams, with over 30 years of presence in the market.
