The Management of Zaragoza Logistics Platform (PLAZA), reporting to the Department of Economy, Industry and Employment, closed an agreement with the Spanish Business Group EPSA Internacional for the sale of a plot of land covering 40,000 square metres, which will be formalised this quarter.
It is a plot adjoining three other sites previously purchased by the company from Plaza and a private landowner, thus amassing its total surface area to 300,000 square metres.
With this operation the Logistics Platform will be able to offer one of the best plots of land available in Spain to establish any business macro-project on fully developed land with excellent communications, located just 500 metres from the rail terminal, 500 metres from the A2 motorway and 1 kilometre from Zaragoza Airport.
The work to secure investments and marketing Plaza has re-activated this legislature, having managed to sell land covering a total surface area of 308,845 square metres, exchanges apart. The operation consolidates the commercial policy and the new driving force behind Plaza in particular, and the joint action with the rest of the platforms under the Aragon Logistics Platform strategy.
